OUR STORY
About Pakistan Baseball Association North America
A grassroots movement dedicated to growing baseball in the Pakistani community across the United States and Canada — and building a pathway to the world stage.
OUR MISSION
Building a Path for North American Players
Pakistan Baseball Association North America (PBANA) is a completely independent program from the Pakistan Federation Baseball. Our sole purpose is to grow the game of baseball within the Pakistani community across North America — identifying talented players, creating competitive opportunities, and connecting them to a larger stage.
We are building a clear pathway for North American players toward college and professional baseball opportunities. At the same time, we work to ensure our players are seen by the Pakistan Federation Baseball for future national team selection consideration — giving every eligible player a chance to represent their heritage on the world stage.
We are totally separate in our operations and governance, but united in our love for the game and our commitment to the Pakistani baseball community.
LEADERSHIP
Led by the Community, For the Community
Azeem Khan & Hussain Ansari
Co-Founders, Pakistan Baseball Association North America
Azeem Khan and Hussain Ansari founded Pakistan Baseball Association North America with a vision to give Pakistani-heritage players across the United States and Canada a real pathway in the sport. Their passion for the game is personal — two of their sons, Amaan Khan and Ameen Khan, Iyad Ansari and Ziad Ansari, all play for Pakistan, embodying exactly the kind of opportunity PBANA was created to provide.
Under their leadership, PBANA has grown from a grassroots idea into a structured organization running tryouts across Texas, California, New York, Florida and Canada — fielding age-group teams from 9 years old through the Men's National level.

WHAT WE DO
Our Four Pillars
Grow the Community
We actively recruit and welcome Pakistani-heritage players of all skill levels across North America — from beginners picking up a bat for the first time to experienced competitive players.
College & Pro Pathway
We create visibility for our players with college programs and professional scouts, helping talented athletes turn their baseball dreams into real opportunities.
Federation Visibility
We work to ensure our North American players are known to the Pakistan Federation Baseball, giving them a genuine chance at future national team selection consideration.
International Competition
Through WBSC-sanctioned tournaments and international showcases, we give our players the experience of competing at the highest levels of the game.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Independently Operated
PBANA is a completely separate and independent organization from the Pakistan Federation Baseball. We operate our own programs, run our own tryouts, and manage our own teams across North America. Our purpose is to grow baseball in the Pakistani community here — while also serving as a bridge that helps our players gain visibility with the national federation for future selection consideration.
