Terms of Use

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PBANA. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Site in contravention of these Terms.
• Impersonate PBANA, its staff, or any other person or entity.

By submitting a player registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You acknowledge that PBANA may verify eligibility information with governing bodies including the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) and the Pakistan Baseball Federation.

Participation in PBANA tryouts and programs is subject to eligibility requirements as determined by PBANA in its sole discretion. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee selection or participation.

Registration fees and merchandise purchases are processed through third-party payment platforms (PayPal and Interac e-Transfer). PBANA does not collect or store payment card information. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted.

Fees are generally non-refundable except at the sole discretion of PBANA. If you have a question about a payment, contact us at hussain.ansari@hotmail.ca.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software — is the property of PBANA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Pakistan Baseball Association North America name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of PBANA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

By participating in PBANA tryouts, events, or programs, you grant PBANA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos, and other media featuring you (or your child, if a minor) for promotional, educational, and organizational purposes, including on the Site and social media channels.

If you wish to opt out of this media release, please notify us in writing at hussain.ansari@hotmail.ca prior to the event.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PBANA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBANA and its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or participation in PBANA programs.

Baseball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By registering for and participating in PBANA tryouts and programs, you (or your parent/guardian if a minor) acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. PBANA has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
